We adopt best practices to facilitate sourcing, validating, and evaluating profiles to deliver candidates of the required skills and caliber to the clients. According to the requirement of the job profile, we search for candidates from our database and also we advertise in local media, newspapers, and online.

The candidates who are reviewed and selected have to appear for preliminary interviews at Sarathi. Then we select the potential candidates on the basis of prior work experience, qualifications, strengths and weaknesses, and the ability of the candidate to fit into the work culture and ethics of the client organization.

We arrange interviews for potential and short-listed candidates to contact the principals locally as per the convenience of the principals to access the best talents from different parts of the island.

After the selection, the candidates, are issued a Service Agreement which is mutually agreeable and sent for a pre-employment medical examination by a qualified doctor. We request our principals to apply for VISA for the medically fit candidates.

The time scale for the selection of potential candidates: 7 – 14 days on receipt of a confirmed Job Order. Fees are negotiable.
